These Terms govern your use of FairParking. By booking parking, listing spaces, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings

Bookings are a contract between the guest and the host. FairParking facilitates payment, the parking pass, and customer support. Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before the arrival window.

Fees

FairParking charges a flat 5% host fee for Direct hosts and 30% for Managed hosts. Guests pay the price displayed at checkout — there are no hidden fees.
